A Class

No cosmetic defects. Products as new/unused.

A- Class

Best sellimg class, guarantee of good looks. Minimal cosmetic defects (small scratch on plastic,...). Wquivalent to several week use. The display is 100% as new.

B+ Class

Laptop display in 100% state, but notebook shows more traces of previous treatment and cosmetic defects are more visible. Hardware 100% status.

B Class

More visible cosmetic defects on plastic and display. The device is, of course, 100% functional and defects do not affect the technical state of the product. You can find detailed product photos in the gallery section where You can order the product as well.

C Class

Such a laptop can look like B, A-, B+ but it has something broken or cracked

A Class

A- Class

B+ Class

B Class

Renew goods:

G GOLD

Goods in 100 % condition. No signs of use in the original package.

S SILVER

Goods in 100 % condition, without visible signs of any use, only the original packaging is missing. Full guarantee as new.

B BRONZE

It may contain fine, scarcely visible scratches, created during a remarketed process. Price advantage. Full guarantee as new.

B- BRONZE-

More visible signs of previous use, more visible scratches. Small scratches can be on the display, without flakes. Ask your dealer for information about state. The biggest price advantage. Full guarantee as new.

Claiming conditions

The warranty covers material errors or technical errors resulting from the manufacture of the equipment.

  • The warranty does not cover errors caused by improper handling, improper or inappropriate handling (in particular damage to plastic parts of the product, scratches caused by incorrect cleaning, impact damage ...), use and installation that is inconsistent with the user manual or electrostatic discharge.
  • The warranty does not cover any errors resulting from the use of incorrect or faulty software, or any damage resulting from this.
  • The seller is not liable for any loss, damage or misuse of data stored on the recording media of the product. Before the product is repaired, it is the purchaser's duty to secure the necessary back-up of the necessary data and to prevent their possible misuse.
  • The seller does not guarantee the full compatibility of the expansion components purchased at a different location than by seller of this product, unless the component is approved by the seller.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, violent damage, weathering, or operating in extremely unusual conditions.
  • The warranty expires in the case of unauthorized interference into the product by a person who has not been authorized to intervene explicitly by the seller.
  • The warranty also expires if the buyer, despite notice, grossly violates the operating and use policies described in the User's Guide.
  • The warranty does not cover the notebook batteries.

Claim policy

The Complaints Rules are issued in accordance with the provisions:

  • The buyer is obliged to check the goods delivered by the seller as soon as possible after delivery. Checks must be made by the buyer to find out any errors that can be ascertained by reason of proper examination.
  • The buyer is obliged to immediately notify the seller of any such errors. Errors that occurred later are obligatory for the buyer to notify the seller as soon as errors can be ascertained after adequate professional care has been taken.
  • Buyer is required to file a claim in writing, by telephone or in person at the seller's headquarter. It is always necessary to report the type of defective product and to describe the nature of the error in the most detailed manner and to provide a contact person (name, telephone) with whom possible details can be consulted.
  • When claiming a product, the buyer is required to prove the purchase and the eligibility of the claim by a proof of purchase (invoice, cash receipt or delivery note). If the buyer fails to show any of the above documents, the repair will be considered as post-warranty.
  • If the buyer reports an error that is not covered by the warranty (eg, the terms of the guarantee were not fulfilled, the error was reported by mistake, after the warranty, etc.), the seller may request reimbursement of the costs incurred in the removal of the reported error by the customer in full. In this case, the Service Interval Calculation will be charged according to the current Values of the Service Center at the place where the claim is made.
